- 1 lb. dried white beans (small)
- 2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, minced (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 4 c. cooked poultry, diced
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 9 c. chicken broth
- 1 3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Soak beans in cold water overnight.

2Cook beans until tender (3 to 4 hours) or in crock-pot.

3(If in crock-pot, start them in the morning and they will be ready when you return home from work.)

4When the beans are tender, drain.
