- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 ounces white chocolate chips
- 13 cup butter, softened
- 23 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 12 cup dried cranberries (optional)
Directions

1Mix flour and baking soda.

2Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler.

3Stir until smooth and let it cool.

4Beat butter in mixing bowl until creamy, with mixer at medium speed.

5Add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.

6Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

7Add milk and beat until blended.

8Add cooled chocolate, orange juice and vanilla powder, mixing just until blended.

9Mix in flour and baking soda.

10Mix only until combined.

11Do not over mix.

13Turn mixture into 1 1/2 qt loaf pan.
