  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 lb. white chocolate
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 4 egg whites, beaten to still peak

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 3 layers (8 x 8-inch square pans). Frost with Brownstone Frosting.
