- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons White Chocolate Syrup (Torani Brand)
- 1 cup White Chocolate Candy Discs
- 1/3 cups Cornstarch
- 2 cups 2% Milk
- Unsweetened Whipped Cream, To Serve
Directions

11. Bring whipping cream and syrup to point of steaming.

22. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Let sit for a couple of minutes. Stir until blended. (This is a white chocolate ganache.)

33. Pour warm mixture into a bowl.

44. Add cold milk and cornstarch to a medium saucepan.

55. Whisk until cornstarch is blended.

66. Add white chocolate ganache to the milk mixture.

77. Continue to whisk until mixture thickens. Continue to whisk for 2 more minutes.

88. Let pudding stop steaming.

99. Place wide-mouth funnel over wine glasses.

1010. Fill 3/4 full and chill. Top with unsweetened whipping cream.
