Ingredients

  • 150g OREO* Original Cookies , roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice bubbles
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, sliced
  • 8 dried figs, roughly chopped
  • 300g white cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 70g butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

    Combine the OREO* cookies, walnuts, rice bubbles, apricots and figs in a large bowl.

    Place chocolate, butter and honey in a heavy based saucepan and stir over a low heat until mixture is smooth.

    Add the chocolate mixture to the OREO* mixture and gently stir to combine.

    Spoon mixture into a lined 20cm pan.

    Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours or until set.

    Cut into triangles and serve.
