- 1 (16 1/2 ounce) roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 2 14 cups coconut
- 1 12 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 12 teaspoon almond extract
- 20 maraschino cherries, cut in half (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F

2Lightly grease cookie sheets or spray with cooking spray.

3In large bowl, break up cookie dough.

4Stir or knead in all remaining ingredients until well blended.

5On cookie sheets, drop dough by Tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.

6Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

7Remove from oven and place 1/2 of cherry into middle of cookie.

8Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
