- 1 1/2 lb. white chocolate
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped candied cherries
Directions

1In heavy saucepan, melt 1 1/2 pounds white chocolate with 1 can Eagle Brand milk.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in salt, vanilla and chopped cherries.

4Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8-inch square pan.

5Chill 2 hours or until firm.

6Turn fudge onto cutting board.

7Peel off paper.

8Cut into squares.

9Store loosely, covered, at room temperature.

10Makes about 2 1/2 pounds.
