- 2 gal. cucumbers
- 1 c. salt
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Soak cucumbers in salt overnight.

2Drain and place cucumbers in jars.

3Put 3 tablespoons of sugar on top of cucumbers.

4Fill jars with vinegar and water mixture.

5Seal jars and place in pot of water, deep enough to cover the jars by 2 inches.

6Boil for 10 minutes; take jars out immediately.
