  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 c. candied mixed fruit of your choice
  • 3 c. white raisins
  • 2 c. chopped nutmeats
