- 1 lb. butter
- 1 1/4 lb. flour (5 c.)
- 1 1/2 lb. sugar (2 2/3 c.)
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied citron
- 1 lb. pecans
- 2 lb. white raisins
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cut nuts and fruits in small pieces; roll in flour and then add to other ingredients that have been well mixed.

2This makes a 5 pound cake.

3Bake 4 hours at 375°.

4If two smaller cakes are preferred, bake 2 1/2 pound one for 2 1/2 hours.
