- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 3/4 lb. candied cherries, chopped
- 1 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.

2Mix in flavorings.

3Add flour and baking powder.

4Beat until blended. Fold in pecans and fruits.

5Turn into a 10-inch tube pan lined with greased waxed paper.

6Bake at 250° for 3 hours.

7Cool.
