- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 4 c. nuts, chopped fine
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Sift flour and mix with fruit and nuts.

2Mix sugar and butter well and add eggs and flavoring. Add fruit and nuts until mixture is smooth.

3Put into a greased tube pan.

4Put into a cold oven and bake at 225° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
