  • 4 c. flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. glazed pineapple, chopped
  • 1 1/2 oz. lemon extract
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. golden raisins (optional)
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1/2 lb. glazed cherries, chopped

    Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add flour and fold in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 275° for 3 hours.
