- 1 c. oleo
- 1 (12 oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. white candy making wafers or block white chocolate, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Let oleo begin to melt in a heavy 3-quart saucepan.

2Brush sides of pan with melted margarine.

3Add milk and sugar.

4Cook over medium-high heat to boiling, about 8 minutes, whisking constantly to dissolve sugar.

5Cook over medium heat, whisking frequently to soft ball stage (236°), about 12 to 15 minutes.

6Remove from heat. Add candy wafers, Marshmallow Creme, walnuts and vanilla.

7Stir until well blended.

8Quickly pour into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

9When firm, cut into 1-inch pieces.

10Total cooking time about 40 minutes.

11Yields 115 pieces or 4 pounds.
