White Grape Salad

  • 2 lbs. white seedless grapes
  • 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. pecan pieces

Directions

    Wash grapes and cut in half.

    Add about 1 oz. pineapple juice to cream cheese to reach the consistency of thick soup, then pour on top of grapes.

    Add pineapple, marshmallows and pecans.

    Toss until completely coated.

    Refrigerate until chilled.

    Serve.
