- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. meat broth (from pork shoulder)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Boil pork for 30 minutes per pound in enough water to cover. (Add more, if needed.)

2Remove from juices.

3Strain meat juice to get 1 cup and let meat cool.
