  • 16 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 2 -3 pinches white pepper
  • 1 cup raspberries, pureed in blender
  • 12 cup whipped cream
  • 14 cup chocolate shavings

Directions

    Put chopped white chocolate in a bowl; set aside.

    Combine milk, cream, and pepper in medium saucepan.

    Place over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    Heat until it starts to simmer; do not let it boil.

    Pour heated mixture over white chocolate, let sit 1 minute, then mix with a whisk until all of the chocolate is melted.

    Add raspberries into mixture and whisk until well blended.

    Return to saucepan.

    Reheat on low until hot to the taste.

    Ladle into mugs, then garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
