- 2 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Drain pineapple.

2To juice, add 1 cup sugar and boil for 5 minutes.

3Dissolve Knox gelatine in 6 tablespoons water.

4Add to juice.

5When juice is cool but not cold, add 8 ounces cream cheese that was mixed with pineapple.

6Top with Cool Whip.

7Refrigerate until set.
