- 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Heavy Cream
- 2 c. Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla
- 3 pints Strawberries
- 4 tbsp. Kirsch
Directions

1Mix gelatin, sugar and cream.

2Let stand for 5 minutes.

3Place saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until gelatin is dissolved.

4Do not let boil.

5Remove, cool to lukewarm and add sour cream and vanilla.

6Blend until smooth.

7Pour into a 1/2 quart mold.

8Refrigerate until set.

9Wash and hull strawberries.

10Slice them and sprinkle with sugar (1/2 cup).

11Add Kirsch.

12Let stand. Serve over dessert.
