  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 cups Dry White Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cups Asiago

Directions

    Saute butter and garlic. Add white wine, simmer and reduce by half.

    Add chicken broth and heavy cream and simmer 7-8 minutes, or until it begins to thicken. Add Asiago and stir until melted.
