- 4 pieces center-cut pork chops
- 13 white onion
- 13 green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 cups white wine
- 13 cup water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Salt and pepper the pork chops in a baking pan.

3Cut onion and bell pepper into pieces.

4Sprinkle on top and sides of pork chops.

5Pour wine over pork chops.

6Pour water in between pork chop pieces.

7Bake covered for 25 minutes.

8Flip chops over and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
