Whitefish Salad

  • 1 smoked whitefish large
  • 2 eggs hard-cooked, finely chopped
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

    Remove bones and skin from fish. The skin may be saved to stuff salad into. Mix all ingredients and chill and serve.

    Serve on toasted bagels or with crackers. You can adjust the amount of mayonnaise to taste, with more to make moister or less for a drier salad.
