  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 cup diet Sprite
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 23 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raisins

    preheat oven to 350F.

    combine oil, pop, and sugars in a large mixing bowl.

    Stir until combine.

    Add egg whites and vanilla, and stir until well combined.

    Add flour and baking soda to mix, and slowly stir until a dough forms.

    Stir in peanuts, chips, and raisins.

    Drop tablespoon sized balls onto a greased baking sheet.

    Bake 12 minutes or until edges light brown and center is set.

    Remove and let cool 1 minute and then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
