  • 1 bottle onion juice
  • 1 bottle garlic juice
  • 1 small bottle Tabasco sauce
  • 4 oz. liquid crab boil
  • 5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • red pepper to taste
  • salt
  • small amount liquid (should be 1 1/2 pt. juice)

Directions

    Dissolve red pepper in salt.

    Fry turkey in peanut oil.
  3. 3
    Use large pan or pot to hold turkey.

    Inject turkey every 2 or 3 inches all around.

    Season all around to taste.

    Wrap the drumsticks together with a wire or coat hanger so you can pull it out of grease.

    Your grease should be at 350° when you drop bird in.

    An average bird will take about 45 minutes to brown and cook. It will come to the surface when cooked.
