- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. white flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. skim milk
Directions

1In medium mixing bowl, combine flours, baking powder and salt. Cut in oleo until particles are fine.

2Add milk and stir until dough clings together.

3Knead on lightly floured surface 12 times. Pat out to 3/4-inch thickness.

4Cut into 1 1/2-inch circles. Place biscuits 1/2 inch apart on baking sheet.
