Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 14 cup honey
- 34 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 6 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water and honey for about 5 minutes.

2Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and knead until it loosens from sides of the bowl.

3Place in large oiled bowl, cover and let rise until about double.

4Be sure it is in a warm place.

5Remove and shape into loaves, rolls, or buns.

6Allow to rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes.

7Bake at about 375 degrees until browned, 20-25 minutes for loaves and 18-19 minutes for buns.
