- 7 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 6 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Warm flour in 150° oven (about 20 minutes).

2In meantime, grease 2 bread pans.

3Dissolve honey, molasses and yeast in 2 cups of water.

4Make a hole in flour.

5Add salt and pour in yeast mixture.

6Stir and add more warm water until dough is elastic. Divide into 2 bread pans and let rise (about 1 hour).

7Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

8Let cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing.
