Ingredients
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lecithin
- 1/2 tablet vitamin C (100 mg.)
- 1/2 c. high gluten-protein Pillsbury flour
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Directions

1Mix the water, honey, lecithin and vitamin C.

2Add flours. Mix and knead until it's a firm, soft dough.

3Let rest for about 1/2 hour.

4Punch down and form into 1 loaf.

5Put in a loaf pan. Let rise until doubled in size.

6Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.

7Makes 1 loaf.
