- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2/3 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/2 to 1 c. cold water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine dry ingredients.

3Rub in margarine; mix in enough water to form a stiff dough.

4Roll out mixture, one-third at a time, between sheets of waxed paper to 1/8-inch thickness.

5Cut into sticks, 1 x 3-inches.

6Bake on cookie sheet at 325° until browned, approximately

8Watch carefully as outside sticks brown faster than inside ones.
