  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Spoon sifted flour, sugar and salt in 9 or 10-inch pie pan. Make well in center.

    With fork, mix oil and milk until blended; pour into well and mix with fork until flour is moistened.

    Press out with hands.

    Flute rim and chill.

    Prick bottom for baked shell and bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
