  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 head broccoli, cut up
  • 4 small carrots
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 oz. cooking wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • wild rice, cooked
  • 3 to 4 oz. grated cheese (optional)
