- 4 cups Mixed Berries, Fresh Or Frozen (I Used Strawberries, Black Berries, Raspberries And Blueberries. Use Your Favorite! Cherries Work Great, Too!)
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Sugar (Optional If Your Fruit Is Tart)
Directions

1Place fruit in a pan.

2Add lemon juice and sugar (optional) and turn heat up to medium.

3Stir constantly until thick and bubbly.

4This will take about 7 minutes for fresh fruit and 10 minutes for frozen fruit.

5Once cool, add it into a jar or bowl and refrigerate!

6Makes 2 Cups.
