Wild Berry Compote

  • 4 cups Mixed Berries, Fresh Or Frozen (I Used Strawberries, Black Berries, Raspberries And Blueberries. Use Your Favorite! Cherries Work Great, Too!)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cups Sugar (Optional If Your Fruit Is Tart)

Directions

    Place fruit in a pan.

    Add lemon juice and sugar (optional) and turn heat up to medium.

    Stir constantly until thick and bubbly.

    This will take about 7 minutes for fresh fruit and 10 minutes for frozen fruit.

    Once cool, add it into a jar or bowl and refrigerate!
