- 2 lb. beef round steak, ground
- 1 small onion, finely grated (pulp and juice)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
Directions

1Mix beef, onion, salt and pepper.

2Using 1 level tablespoon for each, shape into balls.

3In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon each of butter and oil.

4Add half of the meatballs and brown on all sides.

5Drain on brown paper; repeat.
