Wild Poultry Casserole

  • 1 box 6 Oz. Long Grain & Wild Rice (Uncle Ben's)
  • 2 cups Fresh Broccoli Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 1 can 8 Oz. Water Chestnuts Roughly Chopped
  • 3 cups Cubed Or Shredded (I Always Prefer The Shredding Method) Cooked Chicken Or Turkey
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 13 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 can 2.8 Oz French Fried Onions

Directions

    Prepare the rice according to pkg.

    Spread on the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish.

    Layer broccoli ( if you like your broccoli well done you may want to blanch it first), water chestnuts and poultry on top of the rice.

    In separate bowl, blend the soup, milk and mayo and pour over top of casserole.

    Sprinkle onions over top and bake @ 350 till hot and bubbly.
