- 1 c. wild rice
- 2 c. water or bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt to taste
Directions

1Rinse the rice.

2Place all ingredients together in a pot (with a tight lid).

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes, keeping lid on tight.

5Remove from heat and set aside, covered, for 10 minutes.

6Stir with a fork to fluff. Serves 4 to 6.
