  • 2 cans consomme
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 or 2 pieces celery, diced
  • 1 can drained mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

    Cover rice with water, about 1/2-inch over.

    Simmer until water is absorbed.

    Add consomme and diced onion and celery.

    Cook until consomme is absorbed.
