- 1 or 2 pieces celery, diced
- 1 can drained mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cover rice with water, about 1/2-inch over.

2Simmer until water is absorbed.

4Cook until consomme is absorbed.
