- 1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice, cooked
- 2 chicken fryers, cooked and boned (2 1/2 lb. each)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 jar pimento (optional)
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 cans French-style green beans
- paprika
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- seasoned croutons or herb stuffing
Directions

1Tear chicken into pieces.

2Add cooked rice, soup, onion, mayonnaise, pimento, water chestnuts and green beans.

3Top with paprika, cheese and croutons.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
