Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c. wild rice
  • 1 lb. chop suey meat
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cover wild rice with water and microwave on High for 6 minutes. Drain and repeat.

    Brown meat, mix with other ingredients and add to rice.

    Cover with wax paper or casserole cover and microwave on High for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

    Let stand for 4 minutes.
