Wild Rice Casserole

- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. wild rice
- 3 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat margarine.

2Add mushrooms, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes.

3Add pecans and cook for 1 minute.

4Wash rice well and drain. Mix rice with margarine mixture.

5Add broth and season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Turn into greased casserole and cover.

7Bake about 1 hour at 325°.
