  • 1 box wild rice (Uncle Ben's)
  • 1 lb. sausage meat
  • 2 c. onion
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. celery

Directions

    Mix rice according to directions.

    Brown sausage meat in skillet and drain.
  3. 3
    Cook celery, onions and mushrooms with sausage until done.
  4. 4
    Then add to cooked rice plus can of mushroom soup and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
