- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 c. uncooked wild rice (Uncle Ben's original) and 1/2 regular rice plus 1 c. water
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms and juice
Directions

1Brown beef and onion in skillet.

2Cook 1 box of Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice as directed plus add 1 cup more water for the additional 1/2 cup of regular rice.

3Add beef and onion to rice and all other ingredients.

4Put into large Dutch oven pan.

5Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
