  • 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen English peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle commercial creamy cucumber salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Cook rice mix according to package directions; cool slightly. Stir in peas and remaining ingredients.
