  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. wild rice, cooked
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 qt. milk

Directions

    Mix browned bacon and onion to cooked rice and stir in remaining ingredients.

    Heat until cheese melts.

    Do not boil. Yields 6 servings.
