  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1 lb. can pinto beans
  • 1 can water or more as needed when simmering
  • 3/4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked

Directions

    Brown beef, onions, chili powder (salt and pepper to taste). Drain off fat.

    Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
