- 1 1/2 lb. cabbage (should be firm)
- 1 small white onion
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Chop cabbage and onion.

2Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.

3Pour mixture over cabbage.

4Mix. Place in covered jar and refrigerate.

5Best if left to marinate for 24 to 48 hours.

6Re-mix every 24 hours, you let it marinate.

7Will keep for 2 weeks.
