Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and the yeast.

2In saucepan, combine wine, butter, salt and sugar.

3Heat until warm and butter begins to melt (115° to 120°).

4Remove from heat and stir until butter is melted.

5Add to flour and yeast.

6Add the 3 eggs and beat 1/2 minute to mix, using spatula and electric mixer. Beat 3 minutes at high speed, scraping sides and bottom of bowl constantly.

7By hand, stir in shredded cheese and enough of the flour to make a soft dough that can be handled.
