- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Muscatel wine
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, sift together cake mix, pudding mix and nutmeg.

2In another bowl, beat eggs thoroughly; add oil, wine and water.

3Slowly add egg mixture to dry ingredients.

4Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

5Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
