  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. wine (blackberry or any flavor)

    Mix all ingredients 5 minutes on medium speed.

    Pour into greased, floured Bundt or tube pan.
