  • 1 fresh picnic ham
  • 1 c. vinegar (white)
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

    Boil the meat in a crock-pot 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

    Let the meat cool and pick all the fat and bone out by hand.

    Shred the meat.

    Add the other ingredients and serve with Pam's Cole Slaw (see salads).
