  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sherry or Port wine (I use pink Chablis)
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat 5 minutes.

    Pour into greased angel food cake tin and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
